Chris Ryan and Lisa Sobczynski will be providing a crystal bowl sound bath experience in our scalar energy Light Room. Chris and Lisa will combine breathwork and meditation into an hour long sound bath experience. Attendees can expect an experience based around 432 Hz tuned sound bowls, with layers of other instruments. They will set intentions and ground into the space before beginning with a musical experience, then blend elements of meditation and breathwork throughout the experience.
Chris has degrees in Psychology and Philosophy, Chris’s life has had many interesting iterations. He opened a Psychedelic Integration practice in Columbus three years ago to serve in, and help advance the blossoming field of Psychedelic Assisted Therapy. He uses sound therapy with clients, and at many events around Columbus, including the world’s largest sound bath in 2023 at Columbus Commons. He believes in the connection of mind-body-spirit, as well as the power of energy based healing practices embedded within a thriving community. Lisa is an art director by day, but spends her free time learning about different modalities to create a healthier mind and body. Lisa has been teaching yoga since 2021, and was certified as an ASM Soundbath Practitioner in 2023. She also has training in breathwork, vibrational south therapy, and Biofield Tuning
