Sound Bath Experience

ALEC is pleased to announce the return of our sound bowl events for the upcoming season. For those interested in a one-of-a-kind experience of sounds and energetic frequencies activating higher levels of consciousness and deep relaxation of body, mind and spirit, this will be an opportunity not to be missed. Our first event is scheduled for Saturday April 11 starting at 4:00p. Seating will be limited so reservations will be required.

This will be a unique hour-long sound bath experience blending the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls and harmonic instruments with the expressive tones of live violin tuned to 432 Hz. This sound experience will be enhanced by the EESystem in our Light Room which generates a multi-dimensional energy field designed to support overall balance and well-being. When combined with intentional sound, the space becomes a powerful container for relaxation, reflection, and energetic reset.

Chris creates immersive sound experiences using crystal singing bowls and harmonic instruments. His sessions invite participants into deep states of relaxation through carefully layered tones that support calm, balance, and inner stillness.

Ali — Violinist
Ali is a professional violinist who brings an intuitive and expressive presence to sound healing spaces. Her violin, tuned to 432 Hz, adds a warm and human voice to the soundscape, weaving melody through the resonant tones of the bowls to create a deeply immersive listening experience
